Why Kettlebells and Their Exercises are Just Better

By Rob Sutter

What on earth are Kettlebells? By definition, these weights are cast iron weights that normally resemble a cannon ball, and the synonymous exercises unite cardio, strength and flexibility training. So what is it that makes these particular weights so unique to other workout programs that are available? Their greatest asset, arguably, is that they are more flexible when it comes to workout routines.

Kettlebells are able to take their spot in a home, even going so far as invading an entire gym within said home. These cannonball-shaped tools may not seem like it but they possess versatility, shown by authorities like Lorna, that treadmills simply so not. To me, humans on treadmills are akin to guinea pigs on wheels. You're simply moving in one spot without kind of variety, making you feel like a house pet. You all are not pets, so why settle for workout regimens like one?

The thing that makes kettlebells stand out from other exercises is their range of motion, and different movements. For example, dumbbells normally only have one motion, up and down or sometimes depending on the workout side to side, kettlebells can be swept, as well the primary exercises of these unique weights are the swing, the cleanse, the snatch and the click. All of these exercises help to build stamina, strength and endurance.

Also what makes kettlebells so much more beneficial than straight dumbbells is the capability to store them. These weights do not need a weight rack, so you could store them easily on the floor, or in your closet, or if they're light enough just hang them up on a hook somewhere. When you're ready to use them, you can use them, and when you're ready to hang them up and put them away you can do just that without taking up an entire room of space that tread mills and dumbbells will take up.

With all of the accessible information regarding kettlebells it's, of course, up to the consumer to make proper purchasing choices, but these curved weights are for real. They're the real deal, they can help you lose weight and get into shape, and can be your one stop shop when looking for fitness products. It's time to dump that tread mill and get rid of those dumbbells.
